truly one of the Totelos teams of all time. We might not be known for our silky footwork or our precise finishing, but what we lack in skill, we make up for in sheer persistence—much like Sisyphus rolling his boulder uphill, only our boulder is a football, and the hill is every game we play. Week after week, we bravely face the hall like gladiators, knowing that victory may forever elude us, yet undeterred, we chase after it. After all, in the end, one must imagine T8 happy.
Our tactics, much like those of the great José Mourinho, often involve parking the bus—except our bus seems to be missing a few wheels and the handbrake is stuck. We may not have the finesse of Pep Guardiola’s tiki-taka or the high-pressing intensity of Jürgen Klopp’s gegenpress, but we are slowly (emphasis on slowly) getting better each passing game.
