Statute 2.
2a.
In case of hindrance you should contact the commissioner in time, i.e. at least 24 hours before the start of the match. In accordance with the commissioner, it is possible to postpone a match one time per autumn or spring competition ( this is not possible in league A, B and C). In case postponement is not possible, the cancelling team will lose the match by 3-0. Additional cancelled games will automatically lead to a 3-0 loss for the cancelling team. Starting in season 2018/2019, postponing is not possible in the evening competition.
2b.
When a team does not contact the commissioner on time, i.e. within 24 hours of the start of the match, the team in violation will receive 1 penalty point. In accordance with the commissioner, it is possible to postpone a match one time per autumn or spring competition. In case postponement is not possible, the cancelling team will lose the match by 3-0. Additional cancelled games will automatically lead to a 3-0 loss for the cancelling team.
2c.
When a team does not show up to a match, without a proper notification to the commissioner, the team will receive 2 penalty points. Once per autumn- or spring season the commissioner will try to reschedule the match. If this is not possible, the cancelling team will lose the match by 3-0.
Statute 3.
If a team doesn't send an assistant referee or when he or she is too late, a punishment of 1 point will follow automatically for the team which didn't send a linesman.
Statute 4.
4a.
When a team receives five or more punishment points, they will immediately be disqualified. All games played until that moment will be declined
4b.
In case a disqualified team wishes to participate again in the Internal Competition, it will need to re-enroll and pay the registration fee again. This is possible at the start of the next autumn- or spring competition. The commissioner and coordinator can always deny a team to join again.
Statute 5.
5a.
Every player needs to have a valid sports card and needs to have it with him during the game. At the start of the season every player of the team needs to be subscribed to the team (which consists of 6 players), by informing the commissioner which players (including the sports card number) play in the team. If a team attracts a new player during the season, his data should be sent to the commissioner as soon as possible.
5b.
A player may not be subscribed or may not be playing for too many teams, especially not within the same class. The commissioner will decide when a player plays for too many teams. If the internal futsal commission decides that a player is in too many teams, the player need to be deregistered for one or more teams and can’t play with that team anymore. If the player still plays games for that team, the team will lose 3-0 and gets 1 penalty point.
Statute 6.
6a.
After the autumn competition the champion and number 2 of league 2, league 3, league 4 league B and league C will be promoted. The number last and penultimate of league 1, league 2, league 3 league A and league B will be degraded. No promotion/degradation matches will be played.
6b.
If two teams finish the competition with an equal number of points, the team who received penalty points will be put under the other teams. When this doesn't apply to the teams, the goal difference will be decisive. If this still isn't the solution, a decision game will be played. The time and date of this game will be published in cooperation with the commissioner.
Statute 7.
7a.
At the end of the competition year a tournament determining the General Champion will be played during the final evening. The champion and number 2 of league 1 and league A of both the autumn- and spring competition earn the right to participate in this championship. Also, the winners of the Totelos Internal Tournaments (TIT) and the reigning OVERALL CHAMPION earn the right to participate. On this evening, there will also be opportunity to organize matches for other teams.
7b.
If the champion or number 2 of league 1 or league A of the spring competition has already earned the right to participate in the General Championship earlier in the year, the number 3 (or 4) of the spring competition will have the right to participate in the championship. If teams considered for the championship finish with an equal score, statute 6b. applies.
Statute 8.
Every match will last maximally 25 minutes. The side of the pitch on which is played will not be swapped. In the lunch break matches will end at 12:15, 12:45 and 13:15, no matter of the start of the game.
Statute 9.
There will be played according to the rules posted under ‘Spelregels’ on the website. Every player is expected to know these rules by heart.
Statute 10.
The pitch is officially defined by the black lines.
Statute 11.
During a match there can be no warming up using a ball next to the pitch.
Statute 12.
The consequences of a red card received during the match will be a suspension. The length of this suspension will be determined by the board of Totelos.
Statute 13.
Complaints can be reported in writing at the commissioner by the mailbox at the SSC. For urgent matters you can also contact the commissioner by phone or by e-mail.
Statute 14.
Deduction points for unsportsmanlike behaviour.
1 deduction point: the captain of the opponent sends a message with a complaints about unsportsmanlike behaviour to the commissioner. The commissioner will ask for validation with the referee.
1 deduction point: the referee notifies the commissioner of the internal competition about unsportsmanlike behaviour from the respective team.
If the opponent and the referee notify the commissioner about the same match, 1 deduction point will be taken into account.
The complaint has to be sent within 24 hours of the respective match to the commissioner of the internal competition. The commissioner of the internal competition will process the case when a referee or a captain makes a complaint. The commissioner makes te final decision wether to give the respective team a deduction point or not.
When 2 deduction points are given to a team, the commissioner will notify the respective team about the consequences of their behaviour. After 3 deduction points, the commissioner will plan a meeting with the team captain, the commissioner and one extra member from the board of totelos.
A team will be immediately disqualified when they reach 5 deduction points. All games played until this moment will be cancelled.
The amount of deduction points will be renewed every college year.
A team will receive a deduction point when:
- A team receives 3 yellow cards in 3 different games.
- A team keeps complaining towards the referee in three different matches.
Examples of when a yellow card can be given:
- A player spoils the futsal game.
- A player makes an intentional handball.
- Delaying the restart of the play by a huge amount.
- Excessive celebration of a goal. It is of course allowed to celebrate a goal, but it should not be excessive behaviour
