Confidential Contact Person
Our confidential contact persons (VCP) at the moment are Jan Jenneskens, Daniek Dobber, Marit Schoemaker, and Sim Schouten. A VCP can be approached in cases of inappropriate behaviour. This could include matters such as bullying, (sexual) harassment, or discrimination. Conversations with a VCP are always confidential, meaning that the discussed issues will not be shared without consent. Additionally, the VCP operates independently from the board and can also be approached for complaints about it. However, a VCP is required to make an (anonymous) report to the board. A VCP is not a counsellor or therapist but can advise on potential next steps.
If you prefer to talk to someone else, that is also possible and we refer you to the Eindhoven Student Sports Federation (ESSF) or to one of the VCPs of the TU/e..
