Last Thursday, it was finally time for the Ladies 3 drink, the big karaoke night. And what a lineup of artists we had! We saw Sven Versteeg, but also the Dolly Dolls, from Jan Smit to the Spice Girls, Suzan & Freek to Katy Perry. Huge names, so you would think it was a night full of amazing singing talent. Well, nothing could be further from the truth—one sang even more off-key than the other. But hey, everyone was having an absolute blast! The stage was frequently taken over, some more often than others, but everyone stole the show with their performance. Not everyone could sing well, but they made up for it by turning it into a huge party. There were solo performances, duets, and even entire groups taking the stage. Some went for the easiest lyrics, like Tequila—though the timing proved to be trickier than expected—while others chose old bangers that everyone could sing along to word for word. There was something for everyone! People sang and danced to songs like Oya Lélé and The Chicken Dance, and even rowed along to Woonboot. Every music genre made an appearance. A Totelos Talent Show might not be the best idea, but it was amazing to see how much fun everyone was having. Ladies 3, a huge thank you for organizing this fantastic drink!
